Custom-Made Products

All products sold by Mystical Wall Art are made to order (print on demand) based on the customer’s selected artwork.

Custom-made items. Returns accepted only for defective or incorrect products.

Because each item is custom-produced, all sales are final, except in cases of defects or errors caused by us.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a Mystical Wall Art production error, please contact us within 15 business days of delivery.

Please include:

A clear description of the issue

Photos showing the defect or error

Once verified, Mystical Wall Art will offer, at our discretion:

A replacement

A reprint

A refund (limited to the purchase price and, when applicable, shipping fees)

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed as lost during shipping, please notify both the shipping carrier and Mystical Wall Art within the carrier’s claim window.

We will assist with the claim process; however, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, or damage unless required by applicable law.
